Donald Trump Builds Across From Wynn on the Las Vegas Strip
Iulia Pascanu

Donald Trump has plans to begin the building of a $300 million tower on the Las Vegas Strip, in January 2005.
Trump announced his plans this summer, but in the meantime hes got company, as just recently Steve Wynn had the Desert Inn imploded to make room for his Encore, right across the street.
The 64-story hotel entitled "Trump International Hotel & Tower" - just like its peer in New York City - will be situated near the intersection of Industrial Road and Fashion Show Drive.
The tower will be 645 feet. high, and will be the tallest hotel in Las Vegas, if you ignore the 1,149-foot-tall Stratosphere Tower, about which Trump has said "that is not a building".
The tower is a 50-50 joint venture between Donald Trump and Phill Ruffin, the man who owns New Frontier.
The building that will span over as little as 3.5 acres of land, will feature 1,000 hotel-style units size from 636 square feet to 1,057 square feet, 50 apartments sizing from 3,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet a spa and restaurants. It will not have a casino. The tower condos will be sold and the owners able to lease space on a time-share basis through a Trumps management company.
"My plan is to build a super-high-end residential tower in Las Vegas that will be the talk of the town

What I Learned From a Womans Magazine
David Leonhardt

Its amazing what you can learn about marketing if you can just find the time to spend in a dentists waiting room. I was reading a certain womans magazine, which will remain nameless because of my allergy to lawsuits. The magazine obviously has figured out what sells well, given that it operates on a consistent formula.
For instance, one cover proclaims: "3 sizes slimmer by Memorial Day". Then, in one corner is a picture of "Cookies n Cream Cake", while in another corner is a picture of "Lollipups to brighten someones day".
On another cover, the main headline is: "Lose that BELLY FAT!", while a secondary headline asks, "Cant stop binging" Just to make sure that readers can answer, "Yes", there is a nice picture in the corner of a "Banana Split Cookie Cake" labeled "Yum!", and the promise of "Family-pleasing Pasta dinners" inside.
See a pattern Lets try one more. The big headline reads: "Lose 28 lbs by Thanksgiving". How Perhaps the big picture of a "Oreo Cookie Cheesecake" labeled "Yum!" will give us a hint. Or the promise of "Best-ever Potluck recipes".
OK. By now I am sure you see the pattern. Thats right

Heat Waves Due from Brazil this Swimsuit Season plus articles and information on women

Heat Waves Due from Brazil this Swimsuit Season
Blake Kritzberg

If youve passed a swimsuit hanging on a rack, or touched on a swimwear website, youve probably noticed that Brazil is leaving no stone unturned on the beach scene this year.
Why the focus on Brazil Youll find the answer in a bikini-sized history lesson. In short, Brazil is urbane: almost every Brazilian lives in the fast-paced city. Tack on Brazils legacy from Europe -- a love for high fashion that borders on religion. Now top it all off with Brazils 5000 miles of beach, each and every one of them filled with fashion-forward women who insist on clothes to sizzle at the scene.
Now lets return to America. Weve done and redone the triangle-top and string bottom. Weve pretty much exhausted the thong -- de minimis can only go so far before theres nowhere left to go. But theres one thing we havent exhausted: high glamour.
Enter Brazil, drenched in the big, heady spirit of the sixties, and the international goddesses that drove it. Think Brigitte Bardot. Or Ursula Andress, stepping out of the surf in her belted bikini to set the world on fire.
// The Colors
Just like other areas of the fashion scene, the Brazilian retrospective combines modern colors and fabric tech with unmistakable hues from the Sixties. This means bright, bright plastic white, cocktail black, and clashing fluorescents. And touches of vinyl and metal. And Mod.
// The Shapes
The old triangle top, always meant for the small-busted woman, starts to look a little blah compared to the womanly styles from Brazil, like low-slung "hipster" bottoms especially beguiling when combined with kicky belts. Youll find Brazilian tops emphasizing larger busts, with stabilizing lace-ups or underwire support.
// The Textures
My favorite thing about Brazilian styles are the textures, which seem exotic in our post-production, plasticized world. Brazil knows that women love the softer side of sexy -- the kind that never shows up in beer commercials.
Instead of vying for minimal coverage, Brazil uses high-tech savvy to weave water-friendly crochet and macram

Sue and Chuck DeFiore

Are you profiting from O.P.P. If not, why not
We know many of you have the desire and dream of running your own home-based business. But, like so many people, youre not sure where or how to start.
Youre not sure what type of business you should look for. Youre not sure if you could do it. Youre not sure if you really can achieve the financial freedom you want for yourself and your family.
Youre confused by all the get rich quick scams you see all around you. You cant pick up a newspaper or get on the web without falling over an ad telling you that yes, you too, can be a millionaire by next Tuesday if you just buy my Secret Formula.
Youd happily make the investment of time, money and energy, if only you could find a business that was legitimate. Youre smart enough to know that any business worth having takes effort and requires time to grow.
What would you do if you found a business that:

could generate multiple streams of income
would work in any area of the country
could be worked both in your local area and nationally
could be worked both on and off the web
Well ask one more time. Are you profiting from O.P.P. If not, why not

Making Money from Parked Domains
Derek Vaughan

Let me tell you a true story. A friend of my who likes to collect domain names was describing a few that he had acquired. While he has a wide range of domains in various categories, these particular domains were all related to web hosting.

Some of the domain names were similar to existing web hosting company names or derivatives of web hosting company names. Others simply had ‘hosting’, ‘host’, or a related term in the domain itself.

So my friend and I were talking and he said something like, “Yeah, it’s a shame – if only I had the time to develop some content for some of these domains then I might make some money form them”. It turns out that he had no content on any of the domains – just parked pages, or no content at all. When I investigated the domains, it turned out that there was a small but steady traffic stream that visited these domains. Some simply typed in the domain, others apparently found the domain through a search engine that had categorized the parked page.

So I suggested the following to him – why not use a service that will take the domain as is – with no content whatsoever – and suggest search options that generate revenue for each click He took my advice, grudgingly I might add, and guess what He made $50 the first month from just a few of his domains.

He was so excited that he asked what he might do to further increase his revenues from his domain names. I suggested that he use his parking pages these can be customized with some hosts to test banners from affiliate programs with the highest paying hosting companies. He placed only three banners at the top of his pages – with a brief description of the company’s product offerings taken straight from their web sites. This also proved to be a great success – and his revenue stream increased.

My friend has since invested some time and energy in monetizing his other domains. He has either pointed the domains to a pay per click search engine, or listed affiliate links on almost every domain. This has turned a lackluster domain speculation business into a profit generating pay per click and affiliate business that requires almost no effort to maintain. Needless to say, my friend has taken my out to lunch a couple of times since then.

If you have parked domains and what to try getting paid for search results on those pages, check out this service offered by Sedo there are others out there as well:

http://www.sedo.com/services/parking.php3

Good luck in transforming your parked domains into cold, hard cash!

How to Dominate Google Adwords from Day 1 plus articles and information on domain name

How to Dominate Google Adwords from Day 1
Anik Singal

Whether youre promoting an affiliate program or your own product, using pay per click traffic is almost necessary.
Wait, let me re-phrase that - pay per click traffic is almost necessary to TEST. Lets be frank, this form of traffic does NOT work for all niches and businesses.
Also, succeeding with pay per click traffic is not as easy as just putting up an ad and sending traffic to your main site.
There are lots of elements involved such as your ad, your competition, the landing page, and how much youre paying.
Obviously, to discuss all these elements, wed need to write a book - however, this particular article is going to make you an expert on how to pay less than all your competition and out rank them at the same time.
Google has a unique system of ranking their ads that allows you to be on the top even if youre paying the least per click.
How
Just make sure you have the highest click-through rate on your ad...
There are two main things you need to do to make sure you can get to the top while paying the least.
1. Have a killer start - dont be cheap, spend the most in the beginning.
2. Consistently test your ads to improve your click through rate.
#1 - Killer Start
One of the biggest mistakes people make when they launch a PPC campaign is that they get cheap in the beginning and try to start slow.
Thats all wrong.
You need to spend the most in the beginning. Go in with a bang...here are two reasons why.
1. If the strategy just isnt going to work, find out early and get out - dont waste precious time.
2. More importantly, spend the most on PER click in the beginning. Why
If you spend the most on "per click" in the beginning, thats the only way you can convince Google to put you on the top. You have no click through record, so you have to make up for that by spending more.
By spending the most in the beginning, youll get your ad on the front page and get quick exposure.
This way youll quickly build up your click-through record and can immediately start decreasing your "cost per click" without losing your spot.
Now, if you had started with a low cost per click, youd end up on some page far down, never really get any exposure and could potentially take weeks/months
before you build up any kind of click through rate.
So, first lesson, start fast - go in with a higher "per-click" budget. Get in strong and youll see the best results.
#2 - Test, Test!
The next best way to increase your ad rankings and decrease your "per-click" costs is to always test new ads.
Google allows you to run two ads at the same time for the same keywords, they will automatically rotate your ads, one after the other.
This way you can slowly tweak the headlines, the ad, the domain name - everything and find what works best.
Always do this and youll slowly see your click through rates increase - as your click through rises, you can decrease your "cost per click" without losing your spot in the ad.
So, bottom line, even if youre in a niche with a lot of competition - you can still dominate.
Go in strong, try to get your ad some quick exposure to build a clickthrough rate fast. Then, quickly start decreasing your per click costs.
Just a quick word of caution, if you use this strategy, make sure to actively monitor your adwords account. ALSO, make sure you set your daily limit to something you can afford losing.
Youd be surprised how quickly Google can eat up your mo*ney!
Alright, now youre equipped with some advanced tips on how to quickly take over a niche in Google.

From Now On, Europe Focuses On Dieting Pills
Dana Scripca

A state of emergency has been recently put on European Union agenda. In the next ten years, European countries will be "on diet". The EU countries have to manage an alarming situation: high rate of obesity and overweight. It seems that all Americas weight-loss problems along with diets and any kind of dieting pills crossed the Ocean.
European countries borrowed bad habits from Americans
Along with foods, Americans have brought the whole picture to the "Old continent": fad diets and related-weigh loss problems, dieting pills and dietary supplements. According to International Obesity Task Force, the prevalence of obesity has grown by up by 10 to 40 percent in most European countries from 1993 to 2003. It is an alarming statement. 30% of people living in the European Union are overweight and more than one in ten is now obese, according to EASO. Not surprisingly, a war against obesity has started recently. European officials are worried specifically about childhood obesity since children with "weight problems" are three to five times more likely to suffer a heart attack or even stroke before the age of 65. Although this problem is not as urgent as the American issue, the forecasts are ruthless.
The battle against obesity
When overweight and obesity are on the agenda,

fast food and modern unhealthy eating habits too many sweets and refined foods
a sedentary lifestyle

are often quoted. Officials of the European Union are worried because obesity brings along related problems such as diabetes, stroke and heart disease. Unfortunately,70.000 cases are added each year, while heart disorders are already the leading cause of death in the European Union: half of all deaths are caused by heart disease.
Since the issue became so urgent, the EU was prompted to apply a "fight-plan" against obesity for the next ten years. Experts have decided in the recent European Congress of Obesity that the new fight-front should proceed on four major ways:

	governments
NGOs
food industry
consumers themselves.

Additionally, two pathways can be involved in this effort:

	television
computer industry.

They are to induce and educate nationwide a well-balanced eating regimen and promote physical activity and regular exercise schools included. A direct and sharp link to the new way of eating fast food, biscuits, high carbohydrate foods, fatty products hasnt been established precisely. It is argued though that giving up old healthy habits proved a significant overweight factor. Thus, obesity has been declared "public enemy number one" in the European Union.
Portugal case study
Anorectic teenagers and obese middle-aged people - this is happening nowadays only in Portugal. It is a strange situation, the least to say. Nearly two-fifths of all Portuguese of 18 to 65 are overweight and no less than 15 percent are already obese while over 8% of all 18 and 19 year olds are extremely thin twice than in the same age group in 1995. These facts were released in September 2004, after a study had been carried out and cited by Agency France-Presse.
What do these two statistics disclose

on one hand, the health of people of 18 to 65 active Portugaese is highly threatened by heart disease, stroke and diabetes
on the other hand, many teens of Portugal suffer from eating disorders it is argued that they have a repulsive reaction to obesity and they are obsessed with their look.

As the Portuguese have changed their eating habits lately, adding more sweets and fatty foods into their meals, the obesity range highly increased. A review of their eating habits reveals that many people go to work with no breakfast. Around ten o

Shery Ma Belle Arrieta-Russ

Do you have old free reprint articles gathering dust Transform and re-submit them to give your business, product or service another boost!
Here are 7 ways:
1. Transform your article.
You can transform your article in several ways:

Give it a bullet or number format.
Give it a Q and A format.
Give it an anecdote format by adding your own experience.
Give it a Problem-Solution format.
Give it a short feature format by interspersing quotes from 2-3 people with information.

Do this and youll end up with many versions of your original article.
2. Create many titles for your article versions.
List possible titles for the article versions you develop. Mix and match the titles with the article versions.
3. Give your article a different tone/style.
If your article is too serious, rewrite it and give it a lighter tone.
4. Focus your article on a specific audience.
If your article is too generalized, transform it into several articles aimed at specific types of readers.
For example, an article titled "Creative Online Marketing" can have these title variations:

	"Creative Online Marketing for Webmasters"
"Creative Online Marketing for Small Business Owners"
"Creative Online Marketing for Affiliates"
"Creative Online Marketing for Auctioneers"

In the above example, 4 new article versions can be developed simply by being more specific with the target reader. Do this on your article, then simply do a minor edit of your original article by tailoring the content with specific article titles.
5. Expound on a sub-topic.
Go over an article and see if you can expound on a sub-topic, keyword or idea. Then develop that into a bulleted article.
6. Shorten your article.
Transform a 1500-word article into a 500-word one. The shorter, the better. In writing, one rule of thumb is: if you can get your point across in as fewer words as possible, do so.
7. Update your article.
An article you wrote 5 years ago may still be applicable today. Simply update the article to reflect current trends or new insights youve had on the topic since you wrote it.
And here are some places you can submit your new article versions:
Article lists:

	Free Content mailto:free-content-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

Protect Your Car From Road Salt
Marilyn Pokorney

Every winter drivers should take active steps to protect their car from road salt.
Road salt is necessary for safe transportation when snow and ice accumulate on roads and highways and cause dangerous driving conditions.
Salt was first used in the 1930s in snow and ice control to make roads safe and passable by creating a lower freezing temperature of the water. It is the most available and cost-effective de-icer. It is easy to store, handle, and apply.
Some 15 million tons of de-icing salt is used each year in the U.S. and about 4-5 million in Canada.
Salt keeps snow and ice from bonding to the pavement and to allow snowplows to remove accumulations quickly and efficiently.
Studies show that salt use reduces accidents by 88%.
Washing your car during wintertime is one of the best things you can do to maintain the value of your car. Mud, salt, rain, sleet, and snow can damage your cars clear finish. Mud and salt caked on the undercarriage promote rust, especially in older vehicles, and can also affect how well your car drives.
To prevent winter damage, it is recommended that you wash your vehicle every 10 days. Wash your vehicle whenever the temperature is 40 degrees F. and above. Do it during the day so that it dries completely before freezing evening temperatures begin.
Immediately after washing the vehicle, open and close all doors, the trunk, and other parts of the car with locks several times before parking it to prevent locks from freezing.
Always wash your car right after a snow or rain shower. Rain and snow collect pollutants in the air and drop them as acid rain which can damage the cars protective finish. Snow and sleet also include the corrosive road salt.
Wash the underside of your car often during the winter months in car washes that do not use recycled water.
Avoid driving through large puddles of standing water which is saturated with road salt.
Any paint chips that are larger than the tip of a pen should be taken care of immediately.
Wax your car at least every six months. Put a good heavy coat of wax on your car before the winter storms hit. This heavy coat will protect your paint from the corrosive salt and cold temperatures.
More frequent waxes are needed if your car is red, black or white because these colors are more susceptible to acid rain and UV rays.
When spring time rolls around, treat your car to a good wax job again. Be sure to remove all road grime and salt off of the car before you begin waxing.
