How One Product Made Me Into a Millionaire: The 4th Thing I Learned You Must Have in a Successful Home Business
Brock Felt
When I was working at a gas station in Chandler, Arizona, fixing windshields for a living, making only $30,000 a year, I had all the drive in the world to succeed.
You see, I was in a franchise. I thought that since I had entered into a business of my own and if I worked it hard enough, I would have success. Man, I was dead wrong.
What I learned is that I could have all the drive and determination in the world, but unless I was behind a timeless, constant and steady product, it would be impossible to succeed.
What I am talking about, is an Evergreen product. When I was introduced to the business I am currently in, I quickly learned the power of an evergreen product. An evergreen product is something that is going to be around for a longtime. Everyone has to be able to use it. It must be a product in high demand consistently.
Health and Beauty sectors produce evergreen products. But, take cosmetics for example

Teach Me: Fun Books for Kids with the Purpose of Learning
Jennifer LB Leese
Learning is a wonderful thing. My mother always told me that children are like spongesyou can teach them just about anything, and they usually remember it. Here are a few books your children can absorb.
THE ABCS OF FOOD: A Study of Food as History, Story, Tradition and Nutrition by Louise Ulmer and Richard S. Calhoun published by eBooks on the Net http://www.ebooksonthe.net is a delightful book where readers can search from A to Z for all kinds of foods and spices. This book is a dictionary/encyclopedia/guide, and it is fabulous. Readers can also find out how to pronounce, collect information on, and make specific foods. This book will keep you busy for days, weeks, even months. Teri Sloats FROM ONE TO ONE HUNDRED published by Scott Foresman Publishers is a wonderful book, designed to help children count to 100. There are more than 2,500 eye-appealing objects arranged so each page drips with fun characters and brilliant color.
More wonderful books my children and I have recently read include ON BEYOND A MILLION: An Amazing Math Journey by David M. Schwartz. Children will be proud of themselves when they realize just how high they learn to count. This book was designed almost as a comic strip stylebook because of the text set in balloons. Readers can easily learn the English number system taught to them by multiples of tenpublished by Random House: Dragonfly Books. MY SPIRITUAL ALPHABET BOOK by Holly Bea and published by HJ Kramer: Starseed Press was a treat to read. The bubbly illustrations and vivid text will fill kids with laughter. Not only will the children reading this story, learn the alphabetthey will also learn the changing of the seasons and the importance of Gods gifts.
For a fun book your children will just love. Try FROM LETTER TO LETTER by Teri Sloat. Each page is a different letter of the alphabet. Children will enjoy searching the pages for items that begin with a specific letter. Along the bottom of the page, Teri Sloat includes the whole word, giving the reader an extra method of learning that specific letter. Those interested can find this book at your local bookstore or through Puffin Unicorn Books or online at Sloats webpage http://www.terisloat.com.
As an adult, I know that my mother was right, and I, too, tell my children the same exact thing. In Illumination Arts April release, INSIDE OUT, a little girl named Karly learns the same thing from a spirit who comes in the form of an invisible friend. This book with dazzling illustrations by Roberta Collier-Morales was a pleasure to read. Get your copy from Illumination Arts.com.
In case you didnt knowpaper format isnt the only way to find high-quality books from talented authors. Books on CD, as download or on diskette, known as eBooks or electronic books, are a growing popular form of book readingespecially for childrens books. Why Because publishers are now able to add movement animation and sound clips to their books. Children dont only read eBooksthey interact with them.

Hey, Client, This Is Me! Sell With Your Writing Voice. – Web
Hey, Client, This Is Me! Sell With Your Writing Voice.
Cathy Goodwin
In a crowded market, clients will be seeking personality as they read what youve written -- theyll click right past pages that feel "been there, read that." Theyre looking for a voice that says, "Hey, client, this is me!"
They want to know not just what you deliver -- but how. Will you be funny or serious A perky cheerleader or a sardonic commentator Will your view of life be based on "believe and it happens" or "what you see is what you get"
Here are some tips to add your own voice to your writing.
1. Write from the heart.
Too excited, passionate or angry to sit still Best time to connect with your voice. Grab a pencil and scribble ideas as you jump around the room.
2. Say something new.
After forty articles on time management, your readers know about cutting projects into manageable chunks and setting priorities. Ho hum. Try "better than zero" or "turn your life into a time warp."
3. Tape yourself talking to a good friend about a product.
Do your words sound different when you speak than when you write Transcribe the tape into an article for easy reading.
4. Picture your ideal client you do have one, dont you. Imagine that she is gushing about your service to a friend -- highly recommending you. What words does she use to describe your services What emotions come through
5. Cut. Then cut again. When you have to trim your piece to meet a word count requirement, notice that youre left with the most essential words -- all yours.
6. Write fast. Get the words down before your inner critic has a chance to participate. Edit later.
7. Reveal yourself: family, mistakes, secret dreams. When you feel just a bit embarrassed, or feel your private persona has become more public, youve probably just touched your audiences heart.
8. Be concrete -- not abstract.
As writing guru Natalie Goldberg would say, "Its a geranium, not a flower."
9. If youve had voice training, be especially alert to creating the bland and the blah.
Julia Roberts could hold an audience while she reads the telephone directory. Your copy has to stand alone, without dramatic oratory. Exercise 3 may not work for you.
10. Dont be afraid to break the rules: use slang and contractions. And its okay to begin a sentence with "and" or "but."
Just tread carefully on the rules of grammar and spelling. "Your about to head off for youre great adventure" can be a credibility-buster.
