5 Tips To Create A Kick-Butt Mini-Course That Pulls In Thousands of Rabid Subscribers... in a Flash!

One of the fastest ways to develop, build, and grow your own list of subscribers is to develop a "mini" course with an incredibly compelling promise.
I have personally used "mini" courses to build lists of several thousand subscribers in as little as a week.
A "mini" course is simply a series of e-mails where you teach people a specific skill, set of skills, or reveal other information they really want to know.
In the process of providing this focused, valuable information, you prove to your subscribers that you are THE expert in a particular area - and, you also encourage people to pay you to get even BETTER information from ebooks and information products youve either written or recommend.

All the registration page asks for is first name and email address... and this mini-course has generated thousands of subscribers!
So heres the basic formula in a nutshell: Strong promise+ low risk+ high perceived reward= Subscribers
Now, if youd like to build your own list of rabid subscribers, here are 5 sure-fire tips for creating a mini- course that truly kicks butt!
Tip #1 - The Promise
If you want to launch a successful mini-course, target an audience with a specific need and then make them the biggest possible promise you can deliver on.
People are pressed for time and rarely see as much value in something they get for free as opposed to something they pay a lot of money for.
Add to this the fact that the Internet gets more and more crowded everyday and you can see that the best offers are the ones that grab peoples attention by making a benefit- driven promise they cant resist.
Even though you offer your mini-course for free, you still must SELL people on WHY they should pay you with their time and attention.
Example: If you want to do a mini-course on real estate investing, look for the biggest and best promise you can make for people.
Lets look at these various promises for identical mini- course content:
Good: How to make a fortune in foreclosures.
Better: How to find and buy a profitable foreclosure within 2 weeks.
Best: How to find and buy a profitable foreclosure property in your area within 2 weeks - using none of your own money!
** The promise you make has everything to do with whether or not people sign up. IMPORTANT: After they sign up, make sure you deliver on the promise.
Tip #2 - Dont reinvent the wheel
Look for existing content - your own or other peoples - you can adapt directly or indirectly into the mini-course.
Hey, I understand youre busy... Im busy too!
Why would you want to spend 2 days coming up with all the content for your mini-course if you already have past information you can adapt!
If you dont have any existing material, then find someone else who has written an article and use that for part of your mini-course - with their permission of course.
Youd be surprised at all the pieces of the puzzle that are out there independently which you could combine into a great mini-course without nearly the mountain of effort you might expect.
Tip #3 - Give yourself lots of chances to make money
One way to build more value into your mini-course and make sure people hang onto your messages instead of deleting them is to put lots of quality links into your mini-course.
This allows people to get additional information on specific aspects of the mini-course.
Some of those links can be to free resources, others to resources where you earn an affiliate commission, and still others to your own products and services.
The more links you have that actually contribute to your students learning the subject of your mini-course and fulfilling the promise you made to get them to sign up, the better your chances of them clicking those links.
If you create lessons people save for future reference because they have great links in them, youll make more money!
For an example look no further than your "in-box"! Almost everybody has email messages theyve saved from other people because they contain links to sites you want to use now or access in the future.
Tip #4 - Build anticipation for the next message
If youre going to take the time to put together the mini- course, wouldnt it be great of the majority of people who subscribed actually read your messages!
If you want to launch a successful mini-course, youve got to rise ABOVE the noise of all the other email messages people receive every single day.
One way to do this is to always end each lesson with a small "ad" or excitement builder for the next message. You do this by really playing up a big benefit theyll receive as a result of reading the next message you promise to send them.
Heres an example:
"The next and final installment in this mini-course will give you five tips for how to get 10,000 visitors to your website without spending a dime on pay-per-click traffic! So stay tuned for the next lesson in 2 days..."
Its a simple, yet very powerful way to build anticipation for the next message into EVERY message you send.
This simple step helps make them look forward to the next message so it gets read... not trashed!
Tip #5 - Tell them what they dont know!
If youre using the mini-course to promote a product that covers a much "bigger picture" of the topic as a whole, constantly remind people that the mini-course is just a "tiny piece" of the whole product.
Remind them of what else they need to know and tell them if they buy the product then theyll get this benefit, and that benefit, and even more specific information.
Remember, you didnt publish this mini-course to practice your typing skills! You are in this to make money, to get subscribers, and to make sales!
Once you deliver quality content that gives people a real taste of whats in store when they actually purchase, then its time to close the sale... you deserve it!

Do You Qualify For Home-Based Tax Deductions
New changes in the tax laws have made it easier than ever to claim Home Office Deductions and keep more of what you earn.
If your home is a place of business, many of your personal expenses can be deducted as business expenses resulting in lower taxes.
You may be thinking, "I have an Accountant/CPA/Tax Preparer/Tax Software who knows all about tax deductions so I dont have to know anything about them."
There are several reasons why that thinking could be costing you thousands of tax dollars. Some of those reasons are:
Most Accountants/CPAs/Tax Preparers do not "specialize" in Home-Based Businesses and do not keep up with the ever-changing laws pertaining to them.
You are ultimately responsible for knowing what you can and cannot deduct as business expenses. Why YOU are accountable to the IRS for your deductions, not the tax preparer.
If you pay someone to do your taxes you still need to know what you can deduct so that you can gather all relevant paperwork.
The most compelling reason: Getting the greatest benefit from your deductions.
To qualify for these deductions you must meet 2 conditions, which most, if not all, Internet Marketers meet.
Condition 1: Do you work as an Internet marketer out of your home on your "home computer
To qualify for deducting expenses related to using a workspace for business in your home, your home must be
Your "principal place of business " or you must use the space only to earn your business income.
Use it on a regular and ongoing basis to meet your clients, customers, or patients.
AND
Condition 2: Are you in business to make a profit
Whether you made a profit or not is immaterial. Even if you lost money but intended to make a profit these deductions are still available to you.
If you answered yes to both of these questions then you do own a Home-Based Business and as such you are qualified to deduct Business Assets, Direct and Indirect Expenses.
Business Assets include business equipment such as computer, fax machines, business furniture such as desk your dining room table for instance, desk chair and filing cabinets. These are 100% deductible if they are used "exclusively" for business purposes.
If these assets are not used "exclusively for business the amount you can deduct is proportionally related to how much these things are used in your business. It is possible to deduct a portion of your living room, sofa, DVD player etc if you meet certain conditions.
Direct Expenses are those directly related to conducting your business. This would include office supplies, telephone service,, cellular phones, ISP service, hosting, advertising etc. Direct expenses are generally 100% deductible.
Indirect Expenses include such things as rent on your home, utilities including heating and air conditioning and general repairs such as replacing a roof or repainting the exterior of your home.
These are authorized legal deductions passed into law specifically for Home-Based Businesses by congress.
If you use your home for business purposes, many of your personal expenses can legally be converted into deductible business expenses including utilities such as heat and electricity, cleaning materials, house insurance and property taxes.
Learn all you can about what you can deduct and you will consistently save thousands on your income tax each year.

Once again we find ourself in the mix of a new erra,
Doubler programs are launching everywhere and people are flocking to them to get the chance to get the glory that they have been looking for in the chase to make BIG BUCKS
And after being part of a few of them I can tell you that not only is it possible to make some really good income from them and get that cash flow going but most of my own subscribers have joined and all are making the kind of income that most affiliate programs are trying to make.
These doubler programs also have a darkside to them, People that can afford to put up the $299 for the simple script they run off of are throwing them up without thinking about what it takes to really make them work and they fall off the internet within just a few weeks. Then you have people sitting around wondering what happen to their money.
Marketers are always looking for the one program that will take them over the edge of the stumbleing blocks of affiliate programs where you have to promote using your own money to get 100s of others to signup just to make a buck or two and in most cases you have to wait a month or even more just to get that few dollars.
The person that built these little scripts that you can throw out their without even putting up a nice site with it should be the ones that get the credit. They have made it so that the normal person that hates to sell someone on something now has the chance to compete with the bigboys!
Other then publishing my own newsletter eZine I have been marketing and advertising other people programs for the last 5 years and I have yet to see any of them produce anything like these simple doublers. Are they the next wave of the future on the internet In my book YES THEY ARE and they are very powerful. There is no advertising,promoting, or anything like that to make money with them.
You buy shares in the company and then watch them double. If you get lucky enough to catch them in the first week or so of launch you can see your funds double 4 or 5 times! Then you take that income and reinvest it back in and watch it double again and again! I feel for the so called gurus but maybe it is time that they see what it is like for the "little" guy that is starting out to get ahead for once.
They have made millions of dollars on the internet by getting people to buy their products and then the person is left to figure out the rest because that one little key that will give them the information they need to succeed is always missing! I for one And many of my subs are very happy that someone finally found a way for us to make dreams out of the ashes that we where left in from these guys!

If you look at the sites you will see the differents, The first one is just the script itself and has paid out over $400,000+ in the first 15 days that it has been online.
The second was built from watching others that did not make the grade and is getting ready to launch any day. The site is very well put together and I even know the team that are behind the sceens!
So what makes these sites legal Any program on the internet that has to do with marketing and advertising has to have a product to be able to stick to the rules set fourth by the internet cops! Yes there are people that look for programs that have SCAMS written all over them and they are just around to take your money.
Doublers are not one of these sites Yet But I am sure there will be someone out there that uses something like this to grab that almighty dollar and run with it so be careful! I have already ran into one that said that it lost its database and gave people back their money but only in the form of putting it back into the system. When I tried to take my funds out of the system all I got was unanswered emails and it is still in there! Lesson well learned!
But for the most part these programs do work, Some of them have even found ways of helping your advertising for a product that you might have or affiliate program you might be promoting. And it is not something that is FFAs and Classified ads which is a complete wast of time and money!

Dont just jump into a doubler without first seeing what their product is and who is behind the program itself. If you are not sure how to do this you can go to a site like GoDaddy.com and look up the domain name under Whois. This kind of site will help you find out the name of the person and give you information on them that you can use to see who they are.
So are affiliate programs a thing of the past NO but there are other ways for the normal person to come online and find a great way to get into the income part of the internet. I really think the guy that invented these little scripts was tired of seeing people lose their money and figured out how he could make the best out of a bad common way of earning online.
