7 Powerful Ways to Show Love to Children
Steve Brunkhorst
Our children are our most important legacy to the world. However, our love is our most important legacy to our children. Here are seven ways to show love that will help children build sturdy foundations for the future.
1. Spend Time with Your Children.
Time is the most loving gift we can give to our children. It allows for the mutual exchange of ideas, emotions, actions, and words that help our children develop and learn to communicate.
Enjoy a toddlers tea parties as well as a teens ball games. Help your children build things and create art. Begin new family traditions that you can enjoy together each year. Ample time spent in mutually enjoyable activities will create memories you will always treasure.
2. Be the Primary Role Model for Your Children.
Children need examples to follow. Teach practical values to your children by modeling those values. Admit when you have made a mistake and apologize. Model being committed to the ideals you embrace. Demonstrate the advantage of integrity over peer pressure.
We teach and influence children more through actions than words. We are our childrens first heroes; the ideals that we live today are the ideals that will influence our children throughout life.
3. Listen to Your Children.
A childs message is one of his or her most essential gifts. We build self-esteem in children when we show interest in what they have to say. Children need to communicate their pride of accomplishment as well as their needs.
Get down at eye level with very young children and listen with your eyes, ears, and heart. Listen most of all to the feelings conveyed through a childs eyes and expressions. If you listen to your children deeply, they will grow up listening deeply to you.
4. Provide Your Children with Loving Discipline.
Children need guidelines and safe boundaries without being constrained unnecessarily. They need to learn the value of being accountable for their choices and actions.
Let your children know that you disapprove of hurtful actions but will always love them as sons and daughters. Loving discipline enables them to recognize the best in other people. It allows children the freedom to explore the world safely and reach their highest potential.
5. Give Your Children Encouragement.
Encouraging words are powerful emotional deposits of confidence and self-esteem. Verbally acknowledge your childrens special talents and accomplishments. Catch your children doing something great, and tell them what a great job they have done.
Children need to know that we recognize and support their hopes and dreams for the future. Encouraging children to grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually provides the foundation for living a balanced life.
6. Share Your Experiences with Your Children.
We each have valuable stories to tell, unique maps of our journey through life. These stories tell how our reactions to events created the life we are living now. Sharing the benefit of your experiences

11 Creative Ways You Can Use Autoresponders
Shery Ma Belle Arrieta-Russ
1. Pick 4 or more articles youve written that have a common theme and put them in an autoresponder series. Announce it on your site as an e-mail course on the go.
2. If you have a page for related links, create a related links file and put it on autoresponder. This can be a one-page e-mail containing 15-50 links that are of interest to your visitors. Put your own promotional texts or blurbs at the top, middle and bottom of the e-mail.
3. Create a fun or trivia quiz, put it up on your site and put the answers in an autoresponder that your visitors can request. This way, youll know the people who took your quiz.
4. Write reviews of books, music, e-books, sites, software or anything you can think of and put each review or related reviews in an autoresponder. If what you are reviewing have affiliate programs, use your affiliate links in the autoresponder.
5. Run a contest on your site or e-zine, then have your visitors or subscribers send their responses to your autoresponder. This way, you wont have to worry about manually sending them a confirmation receipt.
6. Create a frequently updated autoresponder and let your visitors and/or subscribers know about it. You can put in weekly tips or links to useful resources in the autoresponder and a reminder to the people who request it that you update it every week or on a regular basis e.g. tell them to request for the same autoresponder again a week from now. You can use this method instead of using autoresponders with limited follow up messages.
7. If youve written 20 or more articles and you have them on separate autoresponder accounts, create a master list for your articles. In this master list, list the titles of your articles, their autoresponder addresses and their short descriptions. You can then just promote this master list.
8. Put excerpts or free chapters of your e-book, book or paid e-mail courses in an autoresponder series, then include your follow up sales letters at the end.
9. If youre selling your own products, put your testimonials on autoresponder, along with the description of your products, an excerpt or a free chapter. This will increase your credibility.
10. Keep track of people who download your free e-book, e-report, or free software by putting their download links in an autoresponder. When you promote your free product, you can just promote the autoresponder address.
11. Put links to your hidden pages on autoresponder. A hidden page could be the affiliate page where you have all the graphics, text links, promotional articles that interested affiliates can use. Let people know they can have free access to your affiliate page by requesting the autoresponder. This way, you can have a list of people who are interested in becoming your affiliates.

7 Ways to Get More Mileage from Your Free Reprint Articles

Do you have old free reprint articles gathering dust Transform and re-submit them to give your business, product or service another boost!
Here are 7 ways:
1. Transform your article.
You can transform your article in several ways:
Give it a bullet or number format.
Give it a Q and A format.
Give it an anecdote format by adding your own experience.
Give it a Problem-Solution format.
Give it a short feature format by interspersing quotes from 2-3 people with information.
Do this and youll end up with many versions of your original article.
2. Create many titles for your article versions.
List possible titles for the article versions you develop. Mix and match the titles with the article versions.
3. Give your article a different tone/style.
If your article is too serious, rewrite it and give it a lighter tone.
4. Focus your article on a specific audience.
If your article is too generalized, transform it into several articles aimed at specific types of readers.
For example, an article titled "Creative Online Marketing" can have these title variations:
"Creative Online Marketing for Webmasters"
"Creative Online Marketing for Small Business Owners"
"Creative Online Marketing for Affiliates"
"Creative Online Marketing for Auctioneers"
In the above example, 4 new article versions can be developed simply by being more specific with the target reader. Do this on your article, then simply do a minor edit of your original article by tailoring the content with specific article titles.
5. Expound on a sub-topic.
Go over an article and see if you can expound on a sub-topic, keyword or idea. Then develop that into a bulleted article.
6. Shorten your article.
Transform a 1500-word article into a 500-word one. The shorter, the better. In writing, one rule of thumb is: if you can get your point across in as fewer words as possible, do so.
7. Update your article.
An article you wrote 5 years ago may still be applicable today. Simply update the article to reflect current trends or new insights youve had on the topic since you wrote it.
And here are some places you can submit your new article versions:
