Top 10 Diet Tips From Diet Winners

Take it one pound at a time:
Dont get overwhelmed by how much weight you need to lose. Just take baby steps in the right direction and youll be amazed at your progress when you look back. You didnt gain your weight overnight, so it will take time to lose it all.
Weekly weigh in:
Only measure your results and weigh yourself once a week to give your body time to make adjustments.
Share your journey:
Find a friend to lose weight with and become each others coach. Check in several times a week to help each other stay on track.
The scale is not the final word:
Dont get discouraged when your progress seems to be slow according to your bathroom scale. Instead, measure your results with a tape measure-it will give you much more reliable and encouraging feedback.
Shop when youre full:
Only shop for food when you are not hungry to avoid buying foods you may regret later.
Set reachable goals:
If you know you need to get more exercise, begin with a manageable goal of, say, walking 10 minutes a day that you know you can achieve. Then build your self-esteem by achieving the small goals you set yourself.
Celebrate your success:
Each time you lose 5 pounds, acknowledge your achievement by giving yourself a little gift.
Out of sight, out of temptation:
Clear unhealthy foods from your refrigerator and shelves to keep temptation at bay. This also means clearing out the handbag, brief case and glove compartment in your car.
Add extra steps:
When you go about your daily routine add extra steps. Use the stairs instead of the elevator, part at the far end of the supermarket car park, and get rid of the TV remote control. Make little changes to add extra steps and these will quickly add up to support your goals.
Seek help if you need it:
If you need help to keep on track, then get it. If you have tried unsuccessfully over and over to lose weight, then you may need someone to help you. A weight loss coach can significantly increase the rate at which you lose weight and teach you how to stabilize at your goal weight.

Lottery Winners Lose It All – Casino
Lottery Winners Lose It All
Caterina Christakos
You have heard it time and again. Lottery Winners lose it all and trust fund babies waste their parents hard earned cash. In fact, up to 80% of the lottery winners in this country file bankruptcy within five years. Most of us say," That would never happen to me. You would have to be really dumb to lose all that money." Yet the very reason that these individuals let their money run through their fingers is the very reason that most of us are still working pay check to paycheck.
It is a lacking mindset that is responsible for our financial difficulties. They believe: 1 I dont deserve this 2 I feel guilty because it happened to me and not ___________ 3 This cant be real 4 etc...
Those with money that work their way up from the bottom or build the wealth they have easily, have the one thing that most of us lack - a million dollar mind set. All wealth begins with it and all wealth is maintained by cultivating this feeling of prosperity.
Their beliefs are: 1 I am wealthy. 2 If I lost it all tommorow, I could make it back easily. 3 I deserve to be wealthy
I would bet that most of us could compile a list of hundreds of things that we "want." That sense of wanting means that we feel that we do not have these things. When we replace this wanting feeling with the sense of already having wealth, amazing things start to occur within our brains. We begin to come up with ways of having wealth instead of merely wishing and wanting it.
How do we create this million dollar mindset
1 Think about being wealthy and write down any thoughts that come up.
Write down the objections that already play in your mind. Write down the excuses like" It takes money to make money." And write down all the things that you wish you could have if only...
2 Release on those thoughts. Let them go and keep letting them go until the negative emotions go away with them.
3 Replace negative thoughts with positive ones.
4 Fill your mind with the images of what you want and picture yourself already having them.
5 See yourself as you will be. Feel what you will feel. Add audio and even the things that you will smell when you reach that state. ex. the type of perfume you might wear, the sound of bankers begging to give you loans, the feel of silk upon your skin, etc...
6 Keep releasing your negative emotions and thoughts until you have what you have been wanting all these years.
7 Act upon the incredible ideas that your subconscious shares with you fearlessly.

2005 Super Bowl Ads… Winners & Losers – Diet
2005 Super Bowl Ads... Winners & Losers
John Jordan
Well, Super Bowl XXXIX is history. Too bad for the folks who consider themselves the always-pullin-for-the-underdog type. The Bandwagon team won.
But, as far as Super Bowls go, the losers played well. For those who care, the Eagles actually covered the 7-point spread. T.O. is the deal, too. At least on the field, anyway.
They had a chance late in the game, but poor field position and bad clock management did them in. Scoring from 95 yards out with 48 seconds left Thats a tall order.
So is getting/maintaining ad recall 48 hours after the final gun. Whose $80,000 per second ad was worth it Who wouldve done better by writing me a fat check for $2.4 million
Read on, and find out. True to school yard rules: Suckers Walk. Losers are up first.
Losers:
Sorry, Donovan, but your three picks lands you in with GoDaddy.com, Quiznos, and Silestone. I dont care if you were ill.
GoDaddy.com had a decent concept that quickly went bad. OK. Boopsie talking to a Senate subcommittee on C-SPAN about indecency. Good start- if they cut out any hint to last years halftime debacle. But... they couldnt resist. So the buxom wench wearing a GoDaddy.com t-shirt has a near wardrobe malfunction. One of the craggy senators has to hit the oxygen mask.
This ad was supposed to run again, but Fox pulled it mid-game. Good idea. I bet their stomachs were in as many knots as Donovan McNabbs.
The Quiznos ad was mediocre at best. This talking baby concept is tiresome. As clich
